Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Due to manufacturing restraints we are unable to offer sizes outside the range of 28-48.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. All you need to do is provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.

I’ve run this belt for a couple of weeks now on duty. Rigid, lightweight, but not uncomfortable in any way. I’m a big fan. I like the versatility of MOLLE or other belt mounts. Would recommend to any and all.

Lightest battle belt I’ve ever used. So light, you forget you’re wearing it. Easy to attach pouches and molle accessories. The inner belt is excellent too, even on its own. Would suggest taking the time to balance weight out on the belt just because it is so light. I could see where it may feel awkward if you only had a lot of weight on one side. Overall would highly recommend.

Man this is an awesome belt! I’m very happy with the recommendation from others about this belt. The stitching is clean and uniform. The build quality is superb. The sizing was perfect. The under belt is awesome I didn’t think I would like it how ever you don’t have to take the whole belt off to use the restroom and that makes it amazing! They really though of everything to make this belt great and comfortable for all day use!

I love these belts!!! I bought one after watching a review on YouTube “Uncle Freedom”. I bought one to use as a training/callout belt. After taking a handgun class that was very round count. I had 6- 20rd pistol mags, loaded G45, 200 loose 9mm rounds in a dump pouch. A full day at the range and the belt NEVER buckled, sagged, caused any hot spots!! I had to buy another one for duty!!! Then I bought another one for my girlfriend who also needed a duty belt! Bottom line if you are looking for a great belt, buy it YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!

Ordered my Battle Belt Lite and received it on a couple days. I went with the metal Cobra buckle which is what I have in my current 2.25” duty belt.
I haven’t had a chance to wear it yet as I’m still building it up for duty wear.
It’s definitely lightweight for sure with what I have on it right now. Hopefully I can update this review when I’ve had a chance to run it a few 12hr shifts.
