Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Due to manufacturing restraints we are unable to offer sizes outside the range of 28-48.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. All you need to do is provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.

A buddy of mine has been running his belt for 2 years with no issues so I bought one. I love everything about the product except one thing. The eyelet for the belt you wear under the bat belt is PLASTIC. Highly disappointed that I paid $170 for something where the most stress from the belt is a cheap plastic. Probably going to buy a different belt because I do not trust it.

I just received my Blue Alpha 1.75″ Battle Belt Light in multicam with the black aluminum buckle. Delivery was quick….I ordered it on 9/24/23 and received it on 9/27/23….just 3 days! I’m not in law enforcement or the military, but will use this belt for the range and for hunting. The quality of both the inner and outer belts is outstanding with very strong velcro. This belt was my first step in building out a kit, and after researching a lot of battle belts, I’m glad that I chose the Blue Alpha Lite over many of the other heavier belts that are geared more for military use. Blue Alpha makes great gear that is MADE IN THE USA.

This belt definitely achieves its goal of being the lightest battle belt on the market. It does so without compromising quality or strength. I’m a full-time patrol officer and K9 handler, and this belt has served me well over the last several weeks.
Before making the switch, I used the 5.11 Maverick belt. That belt is much heavier and the molle webbing has started to fray after nearly a year of use. I can already tell that this belt from Blue Alpha will stand the test of time.
I had a couple of buddies help me test this belt in conjunction with my duty holster. They each took turns pulling and snatching on the rig in different ways and the belt held up beautifully. That being said, I trust this belt for duty use.
