Need to exchange your new belt or apparel for a different size? Sizing Exchanges are completely free in the US for the first 30 days! (Contact us for international sizing exchanges)
Fill out one of the following Sizing Exchange Page. When we receive your info we will generate a new order in our system for the new size that you need. Please allow 2-3 business days for your new belt or apparel to ship.
Once you receive the new belt or apparel there will be a prepaid shipping label affixed to a new garment bag for you to return the other product to us.

Need to return a product for a refund? Fill out the following Product Return Page and we’ll email you a return shipping label as soon as we can. Once we receive your returned belt, we’ll process the refund.
Belt Resizing Service – $27 for EDC Belts
Has your pants size changed over time? We’re proud to offer a belt resizing service which keeps you from needing to buy a new belt! All you need to do is fill out the Belt Resizing Service Page below, and we’ll email you an invoice for the service ($27 for EDC Belts). Once we receive your old Blue Alpha belt, we’ll remove the original buckle and sew it onto a new belt in your new size, then we’ll ship you your new belt with free shipping!

EDC Belts – Our EDC Belts have a lifetime warranty that covers all aspects of the belt.
Range and Duty Belts (1.75″ and 2″) – Our Range and Duty Belt Systems have a 1 year warranty that covers materials, craftsmanship, and defects.
Any warranty requests can be sent to [email protected] or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. All you need to do is provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and provide us with the details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful!). We will then either send you the replacement product or repair the product covered under the warranty.
