Once you receive the new belt or apparel there will be a prepaid shipping label affixed to a mailer for you to return the other product to us.
Belt Resizing Service – $27 for EDC Belts
Has your pants size changed over time? We’re proud to offer a belt resizing service which keeps you from needing to buy a new belt! All you need to do is purchase the Belt Resizing service. Once we receive your old Blue Alpha belt, we’ll remove the original buckle and sew it onto a new belt in your new size, which we’ll ship within five days.

EDC Belts – Our EDC belts, including the Low Profile and Hybrid, have a lifetime warranty that covers materials, craftsmanship, and defects.
Battle and Duty Belts (1.75″ and 2″) – Our Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers materials, craftsmanship, and defects.
Any warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. All you need to do is provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and provide us with the details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will then either send you the replacement product or repair the product covered under the warranty.
Need to return a product for a refund? Fill out the following Product Return Page and we’ll email you a return shipping label as soon as we can. Once we receive your item, we’ll process the refund.
