FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Generally we find that ordering your pants size works for most people. If you want to be sure though, you can measure around your waist through your belt loops and then subtract 4″. For example, if you measure around your waist and the outcome is 40″ then you would subtract 4″ and order a size 36.
All standard shipping is FREE in the USA!
Shipping fees – Will apply to all international shipping. International shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. UPS shipping for customers in the USA is available for an additional fee.
EDC BELTS, accessories, apparel & merch – Typically ship within 2-5 business days.
Battle and Duty Belts – Typically ship within 2-5 business days, as they are made to order.
We will email you a shipping notification that includes tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Need to return a product for a refund? Fill out the
Product Return Form
and we’ll email you a return shipping label within minutes. Once we receive your item, we’ll process the refund. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item.

EDC BELTS
Our EDC Belts, including the Low Profile and Hybrid, have a lifetime warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
BATTLE AND DUTY BELTS (1.75″ AND 2″)
Our Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
ACCESSORIES
All Blue Alpha accessories have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
If you have a warranty issue, take clear photos of the item and email them to info@bluealpha.us along with your order number, if available. We’ll review your request and, if the item is covered, reply—usually within one business day—with further instructions.
If you need tax-exempt status for your purchases, start by creating an account on our website. Then, email us at info@bluealpha.us with the email address linked to your account and attach your tax exemption form. We’ll review and update your account—usually within one business day—and confirm by email once you’re all set. After that, you can place orders without being charged tax.
