The TQ holder is MOLLE compatible and can be belt mounted vertically or horizontally, or by using the Dangler panel, you can mount it from the front of a plate carrier or chest rig. Our goal with the Blue Alpha Tourniquet Holder is to give the user as many mounting and attachment options as possible, including to a car roof and other fabric-covered surfaces.

This would be a bargain at twice the price!
if you need a TQ and cant figure a way to carry one, it ain’t Blue Alphas fault
