The TQ is held in by elastic for easy removal in an emergency. The holder includes a slot to hold a sharpie for noting the time of use on the TQ . The TQ holder is MOLLE compatible and can be belt mounted vertically or horizontally, or by using the Dangler panel, you can mount it from the front of a plate carrier or chest rig.  Our goal with the Blue Alpha Tourniquet Holder is to give the user as many mounting and attachment options as possible, including to a car roof and other fabric-covered surfaces.

The Tourniquet Holder has a one-year warranty that covers materials, craftsmanship, and defects.

    This would be a bargain at twice the price!
