This high-tech marvel improves on our original battle belt by incorporating advanced materials and design such as laser cut MOLLE, a Tegris® core, and dual adjustment ends. The result is a lightweight, sleek design optimized for exceptional performance and unparalleled comfort. Perfect for extended wear, the reduced weight contributes to decreased load stress, while the increased proximity of MOLLE to the buckle renders greater mounting versatility. To further enhance your experience, the belt offers an optional American-made GT COBRA® buckle, boasting a super lightweight build. For those who demand impeccable functionality without compromising on appearance or comfort, the Blue Alpha Battle Belt Lite stands as the ultimate choice.

Outer Belt

  • 40% Lighter
  • Laser Cut MOLLE
  • Dual adjustment ends
  • Rigid Tegris® core
  • More MOLLE space

Low Profile EDC/Inner Belt

  • 1.5″ double layer nylon webbing
  • Same design as our Low Profile EDC belt but with 1.5″ loop fastener outer lining
  • Functional as EDC belt when not being used as inner belt
  • Color matching to outer belt (If you’d like to order a different color inner belt than your outer belt, just add that request to your order notes.)

Sizing Note

Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size.  For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.

Our Battle and Duty Belt systems have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.

COBRA is a registered US trademark of AUSTRIALPIN.

Great belt for EDC or for a “Battle Belt” setup. I bought this and the pads to protect my jeans to wear as an EDC for my 1911 Kimber full-size (weighs as much as a brick) and my belt with the pads stays perfectly in place on my waist; best purchase made in quite a bit. Would recommend to anyone looking for either option, just make sure your jean loops are large enough to fit the cobra buckle!!

Belt is made extremely well, the battle belt fits perfectly but the inner belt is about 2 sizes too big so it’s unusable.. also I’m one of those folks that live in the national forest 2 hours round trip in any direction to FedEx or ups drop off so I’m stuck with it or just have to buy a new inner belt I guess, all in all it’s a great made ultralight belt. Sizing on the inner should be better than “measure around and subtract 4 inches,” that makes it 2 inches to short.

Went with the lite for the weight difference, and it’s worth every bit of the price. I use mine for Run N Gun competitions, where weight matters and durability is a must. Last competition was with OEDefense at the YO Ranch in Texas and after 10 miles it was still very comfortable. Can’t recommend these belts enough.

Decided to go with the lite since I don’t tend to find myself in too many helos or the rear of too many technicals. The weight-savings was the main factor for my decision. I have picked up several of my buddies’ belts that are way heavier and less rigid than this one. It has withstood a good amount of abuse and doesn’t show signs of failing any time soon. The molle is tight, providing a secure fit for my pouches and holster adapter. I used an automotive trim removal tool to help feed pouch hangers through the laser-cut molle. It would be easier to feed malice clips through the cuts, so keep this in mind if you are building out a belt. Overall, I have been extremely pleased with this belt. If you are weighing your options, be confident placing this one at the top of your list.
