Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Due to manufacturing restraints we are unable to offer sizes outside the range of 28-48.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.

All you need to do is provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.

Very happy with my order. Got a plain black inner belt for EDC, and a MC outer. Glad they offer that as an option, really worked well for me.
The inner belt is absolutely stiff enough to work with most carry guns. I currently am running a G40.4/TLR1/SRO – and it holds well. It’s certainly not as stiff as a dedicated EDC belt but color me surprised and impressed. I expected the max to be a 17/light/optic, and to be more than well equipped for smaller and lighter. The design is simple enough to work well. It may be annoying at times to adjust tightness compared to a ratchet belt, but the lower profile buckle is appreciated.
The outer belt is great, thus far has a G17 Setup with a safariland and blade tech pouches. Stays in place, buckles solid, and is indeed light weight. The MOLLE is, as others have mentioned, tighter than a frogs butthole. I have yet to thread anything on fully or permanently, but I’m sure I will be fighting to get it on fully. That said, I know it is NEVER coming off without dedicated effort.
Turnaround time was excellent, thanks and shout out to the BA staff who cranked that shit out.

I’ve been running this belt for about a year now and it has been great. It is light weight but still rigid enough to stay where it should. I would get the 2″ belt if I were to do it again. The molle is a little narrow on the 1.75″ but would be fine on the 2″.

Love my Battle Belt Lite!!! Got it in MultiCam Black also got the leg strap with the cobra buckle and couple of pistol mag pouches and AR mag pouches, also got the tourniquet holder. I love it!!!! First battle belt, but I’m a nerdy OCD researcher and landed on this 1.75” lite compared to other brands—AWS, GBRS, Ronin, etc. A few reasons, broader color ways, no tuck on the front of the belt, weight. Received it a few days back and am just thrilled with the quality, not just of the belt itself, but the molle attachments. For and finish is awesome. Weight distribution feels great, rigidity is great. Thrilled with my choice and to have found these guys in a crowded market. It won’t be my last Blue Alpha belt.
