Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item:

1. Fill out the return form at return.bluealphabelts.com
2. Place the item securely in its original packaging
3. Mail your return to the following address:

For returns within the thirty (30) day return window, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom Shop items

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

• Items must be returned in new, unused condition. Items that show signs of wear, washing, field use, or modification will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• Size exchanges for belts and apparel are free for U.S. customers within 30 days of delivery
• We ship your replacement item first — no need to send yours back before receiving the new size
• A prepaid return shipping label will be included with your replacement item
• Please allow 2–3 business days for your exchange order to ship
• International customers should contact us directly to arrange a sizing exchange
