- Medical Components kit* contains compressed gauze, hemostatic gauze, compact chest seals, lubricated NPA, 4” trauma dressing, disposable gloves and optional TQ.

Any law enforcement officer not carrying an IFAK is doing themselves and their squad mates a disservice. This medical pouch has enough room for everything you need to provide immediate aid. Battle wrap, clotting gauze, sterile pads, gloves, NPA and scissors all comfortable fit inside mine. I have deployed it in multiple occasions and found it easy and practical to use.

This is an excellent belt-mounted IFAK. It deploys easily with a firm tug on the handle, yet all of the contents remain securely in place thanks to the strong side elastics that compress everything tightly. It’s easy to access when you need it without sacrificing retention during normal use.
The materials and stitching are top-notch, and the M81 camouflage pattern looks fantastic.
It’s a great balance between a low-profile design and having just enough room for the essential medical supplies.
I ordered mine with the medical kit included, and I’m glad I did. The included supplies are all high quality. You could buy each item separately and save a few dollars while ending up with a couple of extra gauze pads or nasal airways, but purchasing the complete kit eliminates the hours of research I’d normally spend deciding what to buy. For me, the convenience and time savings are well worth the small extra cost.

Staff at blue alpha were very helpful with my questions and product arrived in reasonable time to Canada. very happy with the med kit. easy to setup after watching their guides on the YT channel (very much appreciated) looks and feels great on my kit, not too bulky and fits everything I need.
