EDC belts typically ship in 2-5 business days.
Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
If you need a size smaller than 28 or larger than 48, select the option “Other Size Not Listed (Add Size to Order Notes)” in the drop down menu. It is very helpful to us if you give us a measurement in inches through your loops as well as your pants size in the order notes. Be sure to specify which number is which. Please allow a couple extra days for custom sizes to ship.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.

I now have two of these and wear them 5 days a week with a duty belt. These are much better than the inner belt issued by my department. One of them I have had for over a year and it’s still great with no sagging. They offer great support and a foundation for my duty belt.

I shoot competitively and have always had an issue with the noodle inner belts you usually get. When I go to shoot cranking it down is always an issue. Enter the Blue Alpha belt. I can crank this down and then make sure my rig belt is just as tight, it’s perfect for action shooting.
Also a little secret added bonus, I wear this as my EDC belt as well as my daily belt… it’s great for airports too, you don’t have to take it off for metal detectors!
Blue Alphas size exchange program is outstanding too, I was once a “tubby” fellow and have lost a lot of weight, I default to my old sizing and it’s been an issue a few times. Blue Alpha sends you a new size FIRST with a return package and label – this is the way to do business!

I bought this inner belt to go with my Ferro Concepts Bison Belt, which came with a more flimsy simpler designed inner belt. While I understand that the inner belt portion of the battle belt combo isn’t really required to be stiff and hold a lot of weight, I personally wanted an inner belt that could double as an edc belt. Excellent quality and design. Fits my needs perfectly. Highly recommend this inner/edc belt if you are on the fence, go for it!
