The Blue Alpha Medical Pouch keeps your IFAK on your belt and gets it into your hands fast. Grab the pull tab and the insert tears free with your supplies laid out and visible, while the outer stays mounted on any 1.75″ or 2″ battle belt or duty belt. Run it as your on-duty med pouch or a range IFAK. Made in the USA.

What size belts does the Medical Pouch fit?
It mounts to any 1.75″ or 2″ belt, including all Blue Alpha battle belts and duty belts. It attaches with the included hook-and-loop fastener by default, or with MOLLE straps or Non-MOLLE Adapters if you add them at purchase.
How does the tear-away design work?
The insert holding your medical supplies attaches to the outer with hook-and-loop. Grab the pull tab and rip the insert free; the outer stays mounted on your belt. To reattach, press the insert back into the outer until the hook-and-loop engages.
What’s the difference between Top/Bottom Pull and Side Pull?
They’re two outer styles that change which direction the insert tears away. Top/Bottom Pull releases the insert out the top or bottom, depending on how you orient it. Side Pull releases out the side and works from either side, so it suits left- or right-hand access. Both give the same tear-away speed; pick the one that feels natural from where the pouch sits on your belt.
What medical supplies fit inside?
The insert is designed around a standard IFAK loadout: compressed gauze, hemostatic gauze, compact chest seals, a lubricated NPA, a 4″ trauma dressing, and gloves. Semi-rigid organizing panels and interior bungee keep everything organized and visible when you deploy the insert.
Is a tourniquet included?
Not by default, but the insert is built to carry one. It has a MOLLE panel for mounting a tourniquet, so your TQ comes away with the insert when you tear it free. You can add a tourniquet and a coordinating tourniquet holder at purchase. The optional Medical Components kit includes gauze, chest seals, an NPA, a trauma dressing, and gloves; the tourniquet is a separate add-on.
Can I mount it on MOLLE?
Yes. Add two coordinating MOLLE straps at purchase. It requires 4 rows of MOLLE for mounting and takes up 5 rows.
What colors are available?
Black, Coyote Brown, Multicam Arid, Multicam Black, Multicam Classic, M81 Woodland, Ranger Green, and Wolf Gray.
Can I buy an extra outer?
Yes. The Medical Pouch Outer is sold on its own in Top/Bottom Pull or Side Pull. It holds the Blue Alpha Medical Pouch insert and does not include the insert.
Can I return the Medical Components kit?
The Medical Components kit can only be returned if the complete package is unopened. The pouch itself follows our standard return policy.

Any law enforcement officer not carrying an IFAK is doing themselves and their squad mates a disservice. This medical pouch has enough room for everything you need to provide immediate aid. Battle wrap, clotting gauze, sterile pads, gloves, NPA and scissors all comfortable fit inside mine. I have deployed it in multiple occasions and found it easy and practical to use.

This is an excellent belt-mounted IFAK. It deploys easily with a firm tug on the handle, yet all of the contents remain securely in place thanks to the strong side elastics that compress everything tightly. It’s easy to access when you need it without sacrificing retention during normal use.
The materials and stitching are top-notch, and the M81 camouflage pattern looks fantastic.
It’s a great balance between a low-profile design and having just enough room for the essential medical supplies.
I ordered mine with the medical kit included, and I’m glad I did. The included supplies are all high quality. You could buy each item separately and save a few dollars while ending up with a couple of extra gauze pads or nasal airways, but purchasing the complete kit eliminates the hours of research I’d normally spend deciding what to buy. For me, the convenience and time savings are well worth the small extra cost.
