I’ve been running the 4″ Pistol Magazine Pouch with Glock 17 magazines equipped with +5 Taran Tactical base plate extensions, and the fit is excellent. The pouch holds the mags secure and tight to my vest with no play or shifting.
Retention is solid while still allowing smooth, consistent draws. It mounts cleanly, stays low-profile, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do on duty. Build quality is outstanding and confidence-inspiring.
