The Blue Alpha Tourniquet Holder keeps a CAT or SOF tourniquet ready on your belt, MOLLE, or plate carrier. Mount it vertically or horizontally; add the optional dangler when you want it under a plate carrier. An easy-access slot holds a permanent marker, and 1″ hook-and-loop is included for belt mounting.

Built in our Georgia shop from Squadron™ laminate, a Curv® stiffener, and elastic for a secure, quick-draw hold. Pair it with your Medical Pouch or Mini Medical Pouch on a Battle Belt Lite, and use a MOLLE Attachment Strap when you need extra webbing mount points.

- What tourniquets fit the Blue Alpha Tourniquet Holder? It is compatible with CAT and SOF tourniquets (as stated on the product page).
- Can I mount this on a duty belt or battle belt? Yes. 1″ hook-and-loop is included for belt mounting, and you can orient the holder vertically or horizontally.
- Does it attach to MOLLE / PALS? Yes. It is compatible with MOLLE-spec gear. For extra strap length or awkward mounts, see our MOLLE Attachment Strap.
- What is the optional dangler for? The dangler option lets you wear the holder under a plate carrier when that mounting style fits your kit.
- Is a tourniquet included? Not by default. You can order the holder alone, or choose the CAT Tourniquet & Sharpie add-on at checkout. If you add a tourniquet, it can only be returned if the complete package is unopened.
- Does it hold a permanent marker? Yes. There is an easy-access slot sized for a permanent marker.
- What materials is it made from? Squadron™ laminate, a Curv® stiffener, and elastic — built in our Georgia shop.
- What colors are available? Coyote Brown, Multicam, Black, Black Multicam, OD Green, and Wolf Gray.
- Will this work for horizontal belt carry? Yes. Horizontal and vertical belt mounting are both supported; many buyers use horizontal on a duty or battle belt for a flat profile.

TLDR: Bleeding out bad. TQ holder good.
While I’m not a huge fan of storing/carrying your TQ so that it is exposed to the elements while on my battle rigs; this holder certainly is a solid piece of gear that fills a couple important niches. Rocking this holder for my secondary TQ (SOFT) on my PC via the dangle method. I can access my TQ with either hand, one-handed. Having it center, midline also allows my teammates to quickly locate my TQ, deploy it, and apply it. On my chest rig it is vertical MOLLE, and sucks up next my IFAK pouch and stays put until needed. I don’t keep a marker in the marker slot; but I happen to know firsthand you can fit a SlimJim in there. I’ve ran my students through some TQ drills with this tourniquet holder using both a CAT and SOFT; and haven’t seen any problems yet.

Very well made, simple and versatile piece of gear. I use it on duty and as an EDC. The ability to molle on, strap to or use as a dangler makes it an asset when in plain clothes or full kit. Highly recommended to everyone!

I love this holder. It has worked great on the range while working on self aid drills. Great product from a great company. I highly recommend their shirts as well. I’m a bigger guy with wide shoulders, the shirt I ordered fits me great.

It holds the tourniquet well but the Sharpie holder is much too small on mine. I was able to just barely force a Sharpie in but the elastic material is way too tight to be able to remove the marker without a struggle. Getting the marker out requires pulling with one hand and squeezing the elastic with the other hand as the marker moves. Even then it’s tough and takes a while. The elastic loop on mine seems more sized for a mechanical pencil. The holder does do it’s job well with the tourniquet so I’m satisfied.
