Tourniquets are an essential piece of lifesaving equipment and a worthy addition to your kit. The Blue Alpha Tourniquet Holder is a versatile solution for mounting a TQ to your gear. The TQ is held in by elastic for easy removal in an emergency. The holder includes a slot to hold a Sharpie for noting the time of use on the TQ . The TQ holder is MOLLE compatible and can be belt mounted vertically or horizontally, or by using the Dangler panel, you can mount it from the front of a plate carrier or chest rig. Our goal with the Blue Alpha Tourniquet Holder is to give the user as many mounting and attachment options as possible, including to a car roof and other fabric-covered surfaces.
Made in house in Georgia.
The Tourniquet Holder has a one-year warranty that covers materials, craftsmanship, and defects.

Works great and holds the tourniquet tightly in place but allows removal when needed by myself or someone else. I’ve connected mine to my BA Battle Belt Lite in the right rear and its a great setup.

Fits great on the front of my kit, previous TQ holders would come loose during MFF jumps, but unlike traditional rubber bands these don’t dry rot or lose elasticity. A bit expensive, but work well nonetheless.

I think the idea is good but the elastic was so tight the tourniquet would not fit correctly no matter haw much force I applied.

if you need a TQ and cant figure a way to carry one, it ain’t Blue Alphas fault
