Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Due to manufacturing restraints we are unable to offer sizes outside the range of 28-48.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. All you need to do is provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.

The belt itself is great. I would not recommend the polymer buckle, though. It feels cheap and flimsy, and has trouble clasping. I replaced it with a metal Cobra-style and it works way better.

These belts are light weight but stiff and strong, I wear one all day on duty and the I a have another rig set up for comp day on the range each weekend. easy fitting no rubbing or discomfort thorough out the day. definitely recommend.

Fits like a glove, havent used much but it holds kit nicely and feels strong, despite how thin the molle webbing material is. I guess thats the codura and laser whatever at work.

I’ve been holding off on this purchase for awhile. With so many belts on the market and needing to buy online, sight unseen, made me uncomfortable. What did make me comfortable was this belt! Honestly,i dont do a lot of reviews on products. If you’re on the fence about a new belt, you can jump off. These are solid rock star belts. I went with the metal buckle and it takes a little getting used to but the quick release is awesome!
