Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Due to manufacturing restraints we are unable to offer sizes outside the range of 28-48.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. All you need to do is provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.

Been running this belt for LEO use as a replacement to Blue Alpha’s 2 in. MOLLE LEO belt. It holds the weight off my hips much better due to the rigidity of the tegris. The belt is adjustable on either side which is nice to get the perfect placement of your tools on your duty belt. Its much slimmer but at the same time lighter, and stronger, making for an insanely comfortable belt to wear. The way the weight feels on the body is drastically less compared to belts without tegris. It basically does everything the regular BAG range belt or BAG 2 inch MOLLE LEO belt does but better.
No issues in uses of forces, foot pursuits, or getting in and out of cars all day. Been using this belt for 12 hour shifts 4x a week for the last two months. Buy with confidence.

Made an account just to write a review. Fantastic belt. Showed up just in time for a steel plate match in the pouring rain for 4 hours. Support is great, super lightweight. Barely noticed the weight of a 1911 w/ 4 mags on it. Sizing chart is spot on. Inner belt is great all around. MOLLE on the outer is well cut and pretty much up to the buckles. Having both ends adjustable is a nice touch too. Pouches, holster, cool guy stuff went on easy and are very secure. First use but seems like it will hold up to some heavy use. If you’re on the fence about this belt, go for it. You won’t be disappointed.

I’m very happy with Battle Belt Lite. I purchased this to replace my SafeLife 2 inch MOLLE belt. The SafeLife belt was great as far as weight distribution and durability in a duty capacity. It was heavy and the inner belt carried the hook portion of the hook/loop combo. I also disliked the extra tail on the belt. It just didn’t work well for me.
My role has changed at work requiring me to go from covert to overt several times a day. The inner belt that comes with the Lite is perfect for holding up pants with or without a concealed carry pistol. I have used it to support a Glock 43, 26, and 19 IWB and a 17 with an X300 OWB. Very happy with the inner belt.
The inner/outer combo is fantastic. My first extended use of this belt was in a week long class. The belt was worn 10 hours a day and used in a dynamic environment. I performed DT, CQB exercises, and drove wearing the belt. The belt’s abrasion resistance was tested multiple times and showed no wear. The belt carried a pistol mag, a 20rd rifle mag, a dump pouch, a disposable glove pouch, a multitool, handcuff pouch and Safariland UBL with a Safariland holster and TQ mount. All were supported without issue and comfortable.
The Velcro used to adhere the outer/inner belts I top notch and allows for zero slippage. I had concerns about the buckle but it appears to be high quality and tough.
Installation of pouches is fairly easy with this belt. I like that the excess material for adjust tucks inside the belt. Doesn’t add much thickness at all.
Well designed. No complaints. Would recommend.

Can’t beat it! It doesn’t make sense how light this belt is. The same durability and rigidity that you expect from a battle belt. Their design also allows you to keep more molle towards the buckle than other battle belts on the market. Also the inner belt is comfortable and rigid enough to use as a edc belt. Blue Alpha continues to set the standard!

This is my second battle belt I’ve owned and I’ll say without hesitation it’s beats the competition hands down. The bang for your buck you get with this belt is outstanding. Not only is it sleeker the weight reduction is crazy and that is unequivocal. I’ll also add the polymer cobra buckle is an excellent touch I haven’t noticed a single issue with it. My sample size is small but the hype is real this belt is top dog at the moment order without hesitation. I’ll end this review with the words of the late great Bert Gummer: “When you need it, and don’t have it… you sing a different tune.”
