Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Due to manufacturing restraints we are unable to offer sizes outside the range of 28-48.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. All you need to do is provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.

WOW, I’ll start there. I loved my Molle 1.75 Battle Belt, it was the best belt that I had used and didn’t think it could get any better. I never thought it was particular heavy but it felt perfect. I order the new 1.75 Battle Belt Lite and it’s even better. Its light weight, yet very sturdy and the molle seems just way more flexible yet strong. it just became my new favorite belt.

After researching battle belts for a year (the rabbit hole is deep), I decided that the BA Battle Belt Lite 1.75″ was the one for me. I ordered one in Ranger Green and waited for it to be built. During this brief time (2-3 weeks), I continued to lose weight. When the belt arrived, it was too big. I was sick about it. I looked at BA’s return policy and it was incredibly simple and user-friendly. A few mouseclicks later, and a new replacement belt was on its way at no charge to me. When the new belt arrived only 4 days later (!!!), it contained not only the new belt, but a return label and return package with proper addresses. Color me impressed. Attention to detail and superb customer service like BA’s is often lacking these days. As for the Battle Belt Lite itself, it’s magnificent. Perfectly cut, light as a feather, rigid, durable, and with no unevenness or fraying, it’s built for hard use over the long haul. I simply couldn’t be happier. I’ve been an LE firearms instructor for over 20 years, and the light weight and durability of this belt during long, hot range days is appreciated. I know I’ve made the right decision.
