Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Due to manufacturing restraints we are unable to offer sizes outside the range of 28-48.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. All you need to do is provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.

Great set up! I bought the Battle Belt Lite combo they offered during the winter. It came with 2x pistol mag holsters, 2x rifle mag holsters, Flatline Fiber Co dump pouch, key lanyard, and a whole bunch of one wraps. It was great value for the price. And had everything I needed. I’ve since used it for 3 Gun matches. And it’s served me well. Highly recommend Blur Alpha gear.

Great belt for EDC or for a “Battle Belt” setup. I bought this and the pads to protect my jeans to wear as an EDC for my 1911 Kimber full-size (weighs as much as a brick) and my belt with the pads stays perfectly in place on my waist; best purchase made in quite a bit. Would recommend to anyone looking for either option, just make sure your jean loops are large enough to fit the cobra buckle!!

Belt is made extremely well, the battle belt fits perfectly but the inner belt is about 2 sizes too big so it’s unusable.. also I’m one of those folks that live in the national forest 2 hours round trip in any direction to FedEx or ups drop off so I’m stuck with it or just have to buy a new inner belt I guess, all in all it’s a great made ultralight belt. Sizing on the inner should be better than “measure around and subtract 4 inches,” that makes it 2 inches to short.

Went with the lite for the weight difference, and it’s worth every bit of the price. I use mine for Run N Gun competitions, where weight matters and durability is a must. Last competition was with OEDefense at the YO Ranch in Texas and after 10 miles it was still very comfortable. Can’t recommend these belts enough.

Decided to go with the lite since I don’t tend to find myself in too many helos or the rear of too many technicals. The weight-savings was the main factor for my decision. I have picked up several of my buddies’ belts that are way heavier and less rigid than this one. It has withstood a good amount of abuse and doesn’t show signs of failing any time soon. The molle is tight, providing a secure fit for my pouches and holster adapter. I used an automotive trim removal tool to help feed pouch hangers through the laser-cut molle. It would be easier to feed malice clips through the cuts, so keep this in mind if you are building out a belt. Overall, I have been extremely pleased with this belt. If you are weighing your options, be confident placing this one at the top of your list.
