Your Battle Belt is made to order. Typically ships in 10-15 business days.
Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.

All you need to do is provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.

The Blue Alpha range belt is well made and supports all my range gear comfortably. There was plenty of room to hang my Orpaz Defense lvl 2 holster, T-Rex dump pouch and slim IFAK and esstac double GAP mag pouch. When velcroed over the inner belt the gear stays in place. Both support the weight of the gear really well for extended periods of time. Extremely happy with the purchase. The lead time was minimal and the belts were delivered fast. The concept of a 2-belt system appealed to me, however the products I tried from other manufacturers did not securely attach the outer belt containing my gear to the inner belt looped through my pants. Well, this product does surely hold your gear, which makes carrying any OWB holster and gear easier. If you find it a pain to thread the holster, mag pouches, etc. through a new belt every time you change your pants, this is the answer. You keep your gear attached to the outer belt all the time, and only have to thread the inner belt through the pant loops when you change pants.
This system also works well when you need to transition from a duty setup to a tactical one. Just remove your handgun, strip off the outer belt, put on your battle belt containing its gear, and insert the gun into the drop-leg holster.
