Your Battle Belt is made to order. Typically ships in 7-10 days.
Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the component covered under warranty.

This would be my second belt from Blue Alpha. My first belt I purchased was more or less just a range belt that could be used as some sort of duty belt if the need arose. This second belt however I decided to use for something a little unorthodox. I decided to build out a belt that I’ll be using for falconry and more specifically hunting cotton tail rabbits with a red tail hawk. I won’t be able to really put it through its paces until fall when small game opens back up however I know the quality of Blue Alpha belts and look forward to putting my newest edition through its slightly unusual paces.

I am a tactical police operator in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and I can say that I put this belt to the hard test for a year and a half now and I can only praise it, to this day it has been an excellent tool. The velcro holds the EDC Belt firmly with the inner belt and the Molle system allowed the fixation of the holster and pouches along the entire length of the belt in a very stable way without giving in or loosening over time. The D-ring Cobra buckle gives me full confidence to connect safety cable to the performances on board helicopters.

I just got my Molle Double Belt Rig from the Post Office. It had been a long wait but when it finally arrived and I first got to see it in person, I would have to say the quality blew me away! Top-notch and solid construction are often thrown about, but it aptly fits this fine piece of equimpment. Can’t wait to take it out on the range and on the job. From what I’ve seen, it’s very stiff but still flexible when I need to move. It’s also so easy to thread molle gear unto it, unlike other belts. Can’t wait for the Blue Alpha people to work their magic and see how they can advance this product, but it’s so fine the way it is, i think it would be hard to improve it. Why mess with what works, right? Great Job and thanks for this cool belt, Blue Alpha!!!

I recently bought this belt and thus far have been very happy with it. My only regret was that after I bought it, I realized I ordered the regular belt instead of the molle version. That being said, I really like it. I have another belt made by HSG which is very nice, but I feel it is not as effective as the BA as it is far less rigid. So, if you are on the fence, just buy a Blue Alpha. You will be glad you did.
