Your Battle Belt is made to order. Typically ships in 7-10 days.
Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the component covered under warranty.

After quite an exhausting period of research and analysis of battle belts, to upgrade existing equipment to something more sturdy, I can honestly say that the Blue Alpha 1.75″ Molle Double Belt rig is one of the very best available.
Ordered the proper size and within ~8 days, I had the belt in my hands. Attaching the various items (mag carriers, IFAK, holster) through the molle webbing was relatively easy and once complete, putting the inner belt on, then adding the outer and “locking it in” with the Cobra buckle…I did an impromptu tactical movement set inside my house.
I was thoroughly impressed with how solid and stable everything felt.

I wear a standard 2.25” duty belt at work and this 1.75” range belt is amazing! I watched Lucas from T-Rex Arms promoting Blue Alpha as he promoted these belts. Everything he said is true. I like that the inner belt is included, however, there is a minimal up charge for the EDC minimal inner belt (and it’s worth the additional price. I only regret not ordering the buckle with the “D” ring. I love the actual buckle mechanism, very easy to use. I actually bought one for my wife too.
