Your Battle Belt is made to order. Typically ships in 7-10 days.
Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the component covered under warranty.

This is my first belt from Blue Alpha, I had a minor issue with it the first time i used it (small tear in the molle) reached out to customer service on a Sunday and heard back within two hours, they sent out a new one the following day with a return label and package to return the other one in. Best customer service I have experienced in a very long time from anywhere! Used the replacement with zero issues! The build quality is superb and I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and how they handle themselves. I love my belt, and will be a customer for life!!!

This review is focused on Blue Alpha vice the belt I ordered; I will follow up with the belt review at a later date but felt compelled to address Blue Alpha’s exceptional customer service ( Julie was a blessing to deal with)! Julie responded quickly to all of my questions and even researched YouTube to send me some video links. Most impressive was how she dealt with the USPS delivering my belt to the wrong address. Julie initially, and rightfully, said I had to deal with USPS, as the postal carrier screwed up. I relayed that USPS told me, even though they knew where my package was erroneously delivered, they weren’t able to recover it. Julie then responded and said Blue Alpha would construct another belt for me free of charge! That is amazing customer service!!! Thankfully, USPS actually did recover the package and delivered it so I could tell Julie Blue Alpha could stand down and not send another belt. This type of customer service is unheard of in this day and age!!! I am a retired Marine Sergeant Major and I don’t throw around accolades gratuitously. Blue Alpha is simply a top notch company that has my loyal patronage and support!

Ordered this as my first Blue Alpha belt. Looks great, feels sturdy. Stitching looks quality and the velcro feels very secure. MOLLE straps are pretty tight, but not hard to stretch it a little. Will be taking this out to range days.
