Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.

Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the component covered under warranty.

Really enjoyed the belt so far. I bought it to pair with the T Rex arms belt load out because I wasn’t feeling the Orion and wanted a two piece belt. It holds the weight well and stands upright without any bow. It’s wears very similarly to a normal belt, and I honestly forget it’s there when wearing it which is a good thing to me. It’s isnt bugging me or making me think about it by rubbing or tugging. I was worried about wait times since it said a few weeks, but it showed up in about a week and a half. Solid belt and hopefully I can purchase another color soon.
