EDC Belts typically ship in 2-5 Business Days.
Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
If you need a size smaller than 28 or larger than 48, select the option “Other Size Not Listed (Add Size to Order Notes)” in the drop down menu. It is very helpful to us if you give us a measured size through your loops as well as your pants size in the order notes. Be sure to specify which number is which. Please allow a couple extra days for custom sizes to ship.
EDC belts, including the Low Profile and Hybrid, have a lifetime warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the component covered under warranty.

The belt is comfortable, sturdy and I hardly can tell I’m wearing it. Holster does not sag whatsoever. I wear it to work and it fits well with my usual attire. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. If you’re on the fence, get the damn belt.

I have used my low profile EDC belt daily for over 6 years. It is extremely comfortable, easy to adjust and change between pants. I cannot say enough about this belt, it is my favorite piece of clothing I own. But even more so I can’t say enough about the customer service.
After 6+ years of daily use, the velcro had finally worn out. Fully prepared to simply order a new one as its my favorite belt and such a high value to get 6+ years for the purhcase price. I didn’t want the belt going to the bottom of my closet or a landfill considering it is still in literally perfect condition otherwise. I contacted customer support not expecting them to replace velcro (in my mind a wear item) and not a defect.
Carol replied within 1h of receiving my email and once I provided my original AMAZON order (not even direct through BAG)..and confirmed my shipping address; she quickly provided a shipping label for me to print and send the belt back for repair.
I got it back in about 10 days and my wife said ‘oh they sent you a new one instead’ but upon inspection I verified it was my original belt repaired. I cannot thank you all enough for your OUTSTANDING customer service, and you have a customer for life.

Sturdy and lightweight. This is my second belt (because I wanted OD green in addition to the black one that I have). My wife already has one.
Easy to adjust and tough enough to handle my EDC as well as IDPA matches. It’s the only belt I wear.
