EDC Belts typically ship in 2-5 Business Days.
Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
If you need a size smaller than 28 or larger than 48, select the option “Other Size Not Listed (Add Size to Order Notes)” in the drop down menu. It is very helpful to us if you give us a measured size through your loops as well as your pants size in the order notes. Be sure to specify which number is which. Please allow a couple extra days for custom sizes to ship.
EDC belts, including the Low Profile and Hybrid, have a lifetime warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.

Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the component covered under warranty.

The belt looks and works fantastic. Great quality and stiff enough for IWB or OWB carry.
However, what really sets Blue Alpha apart from competitors is how easy they make it to exchange for another size. I initially ordered one size, and after receiving the belt, realized I should have gone one size smaller. The whole exchange was so simple, more companies could look to Blue Alpha for how to do things.

Overall, excellent belt. One issue I have though. The small piece of webbing anchoring the smaller half of the buckle to the belt is thin and not wide enough. Flimsy is too strong a word, but considering the rest of the belt is built like a Mack truck, this little strip of webbing seems like it’s made out of birthday present ribbon. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link and this is a clearly the weakest link. The other issue is that it’s a few 16th of an inch narrower than the buckle slot it goes through, allowing the buckle to shift up and down. The belt is not going to fail anytime soon, but this bit of play is out of place on a premium US made $77 belt that we all want to be able to survive a nuclear blast. I realize a thicker grade of 1” webbing would make the whole belt thicker in this area as a result, but given the choice between the two options, I’ll take the thicker, and wider, webbing any day.
But again, a great belt overall. And the primary 1.5” webbing is indeed the best I’ve ever seen; tightly woven (almost pressed), dense and stiff, that looks like it should be able to resist the inevitable fraying we’ve all seen in cheaper webbing.

This is my second Blue Alpha belt ever. My first one was their basic edc belt from 2018. That one held up great until recently (2018-2023 and I’m a XL/XXL man at the waist). This hybrid one feels just as durable and strong as my old one once did. The added cobra buckle is nice, and makes it simpler to wear and put on an IWB holster.
Overall, like the regular EDC belt, it’s sturdy, rigid, and will hold your CCW and any other EDC necessity that you require. Your CCW and EDC will not shift or droop. This belt will hold it in place nicely against your body.
If you are considering this belt, you won’t regret it. It’s worth the extra money over the regular EDC. Either belt will serve you well.
If customer service is a factor in your decision, Blue Alpha definitely takes the cake on customer service in my experience. In 2018 I needed a size exchange and they made it easy and were very respectful.
