EDC Belts typically ship in 2-5 Business Days.
Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
If you need a size smaller than 28 or larger than 48, select the option “Other Size Not Listed (Add Size to Order Notes)” in the drop down menu. It is very helpful to us if you give us a measured size through your loops as well as your pants size in the order notes. Be sure to specify which number is which. Please allow a couple extra days for custom sizes to ship.
EDC belts, including the Low Profile and Hybrid, have a lifetime warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the component covered under warranty.

Originally, I bought two of these in different colors and the sizing was just too large. I gave one to a friend and I’ve been wearing one anyway. I finally ordered another one in a smaller size, and this is my EDC belt of choice. It’s perfect! It works great at the range, and its’ perfect for all day wear. I can’t say enough about Blue Alpha Gear to express how great my experience was with this great American company. Their product is excellent but their customer service is even better! I talked with Julie via email before purchasing my belt to make sure I ordered the right size and she was so helpful and her advice was spot on. When USPS lost my belt in shipping I contacted Julie again and she said they would send out another one and if the original ever turned up she would get me a label to send it back. Long story short I ended up receiving both belts and decided to keep both because I was so happy with their product! I very rarely leave reviews but for the Blue Alpha Gear EDC belt I will make an exception. The belt quality is excellent and it is the perfect concealed carry belt and general use belt. It was shipped incredibly fast and arrived within 4 days. . I had ordered the wrong size so I filled out the exchange form on line and received the replacement belt with the packaging material and label for the return shipping within 6 days of submitting the online request. That is excellent customer service. I will definitely be doing business with Blue Alpha Gear in the future.
