1.75″ MOLLE Battle Belt

Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.

Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.

Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the component covered under warranty.

• Who is the 1.75″ MOLLE Battle Belt for?
  Range, training, duty, and tactical users who want a classic nylon-webbing MOLLE outer with a matching inner that also works as an EDC belt — without moving to the Lite Curve® platform.
• What’s included?
  A 1.75″ MOLLE outer belt plus a matching 1.5″ inner that doubles as an EDC belt. Choose color (Black, Coyote Brown, Multicam, OD Green, Wolf Gray), buckle (Standard COBRA® or D-ring COBRA®), and pants size (28–48, or Other via order notes) on this page.
• What materials is this belt made of?
  This is the classic non-Lite MOLLE battle belt. Outer: 1.75″ double-layer nylon webbing. Inner: 1.5″ double-layer nylon webbing. It does not use a Curve® / Tegris® Lite core.
• MOLLE Battle Belt vs Battle Belt Lite — which should I get?
  This page is the classic nylon-webbing MOLLE battle belt. The 1.75″ Battle Belt Lite is the Lite platform (Curve® polypropylene laminate core wrapped in Cordura + Squadron; laser-cut MOLLE; dual-adjust outer). Pick classic for the nylon MOLLE build; pick Lite for the lighter Curve® platform.
• MOLLE vs Standard 1.75″ Battle Belt — which should I get?
  Same classic nylon platform and width. This page has exterior MOLLE. The 1.75″ Standard Battle Belt is the non-MOLLE face for OWB holsters / belt-mounted gear without MOLLE webbing.
• What’s the difference between Standard COBRA® and D-ring COBRA®?
  Both are high-strength COBRA® buckles. Choose D-ring COBRA® if you want the optional D-ring (upcharge on this page). Choose Standard if you don’t need the D-ring.
• Can I get a different inner color?
  Yes — add the request to your order notes at checkout.
• Can I buy outer only?
  Yes — 1.75″ Battle Belt Outer Only (select MOLLE). Outer only; no inner included.
• How do I size it?
  Order by pants size you wear — don’t size up for the outer (already calculated in). Belts work about ±1 size (e.g. 34 also fits 32 and 36). If between sizes, take the larger. Use the size chart in the product photos.
• What about a dump pouch, IFAK, or holster on this belt?
  MOLLE is there for accessories. Common pairings: Dump Pouch, medical / IFAK pouch, Rifle Magazine Pouch, Pistol Magazine Pouch, Holster Mount.
• What’s the warranty and ship time?
  One-year warranty on craftsmanship and defects for Battle and Duty Belt systems (inner and outer). Battle Belts typically ship in 2–5 business days.
