Your Battle Belt is made to order. Typically ships in 7-10 days.
Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the component covered under warranty.

Fantastic belt that actually fits. Tough, carries the weight and stays put. You really can’t ask for anything more from a battle belt. Unlike almost every other options, the Blue Alpha sizing guide is spot on which means you will get a belt that fits the first time (if you’re honest about your waist size). No more order two or three sizes to get the right fit. The customer service team is amazing.

Typically I never leave reviews, but this belt was above what was expected! I absolutely love and would recommend this belt to anyone looking to get into gear. I also use the EDC belt daily and it seems to hold up nicely with daily activities and loaded pockets. Was a little skeptical about the Velcro’s type belts on the inside but they definitely hold true 10/10 would recommend

I love the belt but did not receive the lanyard I ordered with it…. I’ve triple checked everywhere. But the belt fits great and doesn’t require belt stays during physical activities. Still would like the lanyard for to hold my keys and gloves.

What a great belt, I couldn’t ask for anything more! I got everything I want mounted on it and it doesn’t move at all. Stays put. Doesn’t sag or move around while running or doing any kind of drills, climbing, even jumping down from obstacles it doesn’t move. Slim and lite, distributes the weight where you barely know you’re wearing it, and I got a lot of weight on it. Free size exchange is awesome. I’m 5’5″ a buck fifty, waist size 28-30. Purchased the size 30 but was way too big, filled out form, they sent me the 28 in about 4 days, fits perfect. I’ll never use another huge, hot, bulky belt again, this belt is freaking amazing!
