Your Battle Belt is made to order. Typically ships in 7-10 days.
Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the component covered under warranty.

I get it now! I’ve owned and still own a couple cheaper tactical belts for my home defense setup but when I started doing more scenario and physical stress training I started to see wear and movement in those belts. I’ve now trained twice in my Blue Alpha belt and I totally get the difference. First the outer belt has more rigidity and the quality of the stitching is definitely noticeable. Second, when coupled with the inner belt, the setup is locked down and tight. Zero movement. Running, crawling, or climbing, it doesn’t move. Thank you for opening my eyes. Great product.

I now have two of these belts, and they work perfectly. I am 6′ 180lb with the usual middle age buddha belly and they are not uncomfortable in any way wearing through pant loops, both wearing jeans or Tactical chino style pants. I have run rifle and pistol training wearing these, running drills for both with 3 full mags (AK 30 round mags for the rifle drills) mounted on the belt, and they stayed secure and comfortable no digging in anywhere at all. These belts help greatly in distributing the weight around the whole circumference, and the Molle points are easy to use. Now its winter and I used with a padded inner for wearing over jackets and because of the stiffness and adjustability it will run perfectly like that too. You need to buy one, you will not regret it.
