Your Battle Belt is made to order. Typically ships in 7-10 days.
Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the component covered under warranty.

The belt is incredibly rigid and sturdy. Super good quality and molle straps were nice and flat allowing for a good hold on my gear. Only problem I have is the sizing. I ordered size 34 (pants size) because… that’s what size pants I wear. I have to tighten this thing down to where the Blue Alpha patch on the strap is running through the buckle and I shouldn’t have to do that. It actually slips out over time and I have to re adjust it. Probably should’ve ordered a size 32. Other than that, beautiful belt visually and does the job like no other. Great work to the folks at Blue Alpha.

This company’s customer service is outstanding. I had originally placed an order for a similar belt with a competitor. I had a few questions and the competitor’s responses took a couple of days, and were confusing and condescending, so much so I cancelled the order. That day I emailed Blue Alpha with similar questions. I got a response that same night at 10:30pm Eastern Time from this Georgia based company! I emailed right back to thank them for the fast service, an I got a non-automated “your welcome” response at 6:30am the next morning!
