Your Battle Belt is made to order. Typically ships in 7-10 days.
Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the component covered under warranty.

I did A LOT of research into a new Battle/Gun Belt. I also noticed that in some of that research “opinions” of others kept pointing to Blue Alpha. So I pulled the trigger on the MOLLE 1.75″ Double Belt Rig w/ Inner EDC Belt and D-Ring Cobra Buckle. And I couldn’t be happier. I don’t often do reviews.
I did order two sizes up from my pant size. My reason was wearing cold weather clothing. Luckily it is perfect for wearing just pants or cold weather clothing. That decision is up to you and I recommend following Blue Alpha’s advice to sizing. I didn’t, but got what I want. With wearing just pants it is a “wee” bit “long” but because of the expert design that “length” is easily taken up. I am happy with my decision.
VERY WELL MADE BELT !!! It’s going to be stiff when you get it and needs a “break-in”. In my opinion that just means it’s going to last forever. I’m completely happy. I would purchase again. And I would recommend it to my friends. If your on the fence… Pick one up. One will expect a wait time. Mine actually arrived before the predicted date. It was well worth the wait. I’m totally stoked!

The blue alpha double belt rig is absolutely amazing. It’s very sturdy, the stitching is very well done, and even more amazing that it can had at this price point.
