The Blue Alpha Medical Pouch is a belt-mounted IFAK that attaches securely to any 1.75″ or 2″ battle belt or duty belt. The tear-away design lets you rip the insert free and get to your medical supplies fast — built for speed when every second matters. Made in the USA.

Once we receive your original item, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.
What size belts does the Medical Pouch fit?
The Medical Pouch mounts to any 1.75″ or 2″ belt, including all Blue Alpha battle belts and duty belts. It attaches with a included hook-and-loop fastener by default, or with MOLLE straps or Non-MOLLE Adapters if you add them at purchase.
How does the tear-away design work?
The insert holding your medical supplies attaches to the outer compartment with [hook-and-loop backing]. Grab the pull tab and rip the insert free — the outer stays mounted on your belt. To reattach, press the insert back into the outer until the [hook-and-loop] engages. You can configure it for top/bottom pull or side pull depending on where you run it on your belt.
Is a tourniquet included?
Not by default. A tourniquet is available as an add-on at purchase, as is a coordinating tourniquet holder that mounts to the top of the insert. The optional Medical Components kit includes gauze, chest seals, an NPA, a trauma dressing, and gloves — the tourniquet is a separate add-on.
What’s the difference between Top/Bottom Pull and Side Pull?
They’re two different outer styles that change which direction the insert tears away. The Top/Bottom Pull outer releases the insert out the top or bottom of the pouch, depending on how you orient it. The Side Pull outer releases out the side — and it works from either side, so it suits both left- and right-hand access. Both give the same tear-away speed; it comes down to where the pouch sits on your belt and which direction of pull feels natural from that position.
What medical supplies fit inside?
The insert is designed around a standard IFAK loadout: compressed gauze, hemostatic gauze, compact chest seals, a lubricated NPA, a 4″ trauma dressing, and gloves. Semi-rigid Curv® panels and interior bungee keep everything organized and visible when the insert is deployed.
Can I return the Medical Components kit?
The Medical Components kit can only be returned if the complete package is unopened. The pouch itself follows our standard return policy.

Been wearing this on duty for about a month now and it’s a great piece of kit that carries well for patrol. Used it last week for the victim of a GSW, and it was the only med pouch on scene until medics arrived. The ability to carry this on a duty belt comfortably for an entire shift is what made that possible.

The medical pouch is absolutely phenomenal! I have used the military IFAK that was bulky and hard to deploy, but the way Blue Alpha’s kit deploys is way better! I used the tip from Blue Alpha’s YouTube video to vac seal the ETD so that it lays more flat in the kit, which makes for packing it way easier. I like the side pull for my plate carrier, it makes for deploying it easier. My only regret is not buying a separate top/bottom pull so that I can have a setup for my battle belt as well. Great product!! If you’re on the fence about buying it, buy it!
