Our EDC belts are made from two layers of high quality 1.5″ nylon webbing that are sewn together with matching color bonded nylon thread, creating an extra strong and extra stiff belt that looks great. The sizing is specific to each pant size, yet allows for movement of your waistline or for the extra space you need for your concealed carry. We make each belt with pride in the USA, and our EDC belts carry a Lifetime Warranty on craftsmanship!
*Sizing note: Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. Our belts will adjust +/- 2″. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a Size Chart in the photos.
**Sizes not listed: If you need a size smaller than 28 or larger than 48, select the option “Other Size Not Listed (Add Size to Order Notes)” in the drop down menu. It is very helpful to us if you give us a measured size through your loops as well as your pants size in the order notes. Be sure to specify which number is which. Let me just stary by saying, I love this belt! I am a first time customer at Blue Alpha and I will share my experience.
I placed my order on Monday night August 15 at 9:00pm. It was a custom size order, so I thought it would take a few days longer than normal. No big deal. Also, there is no up charge for custom sizes!
I was quite surprised to see that the belt was finished and shipped on Wednesday August 17 and I received it on Friday August 19. A custom size belt ordered, made, shipped, and delivered in less than 5 days! That is amazing!
Well I was a little disappointed when it didn’t fit and was a bit on the tight side and I thought to myself, “Great, how difficult is it going to be to exchange it?”. Well, let me tell you that they surprised me again. It was by far the easiest exchange process that I have ever dealt with.
The same day (Friday August 19), I got on the site and filled out the exchange order explaining what I needed done and submitted the order at 8:50pm. On Monday August 22, the new belt was made and shipped! I received the replacement belt on August 25! They included a self addressed, prepaid package to return the other belt.
The belt is great quality with very good rigidity that holds up for the intended use. I Like it so much that I started to also use it for everday wear to replace my leather belt. It really is that comfortable. Plus it is Made in the USA.
What more can I say? Blue Alpha is a great company that makes great products and the customer service is an A++++. You won’t regret getting a Blue Alpha belt.
I will be shopping with them in the future to support a great American small business that cares about customer service and makes products here in the USA. And I highly recommend everyone else does as well!

Quality. Comfortable. Amazingly fantastic EDC belt. I have an assortment of holsters that I use for EDC and this belt works with them all. The most beneficial thing is the increased comfort and concealment for my AIWB holsters. A friend of mine told me about Blue Alpha and I’m so glad I listened to him and bought these. I purchased my second low-profile EDC belt after using the first one for 8 months or so and only because I wanted a different color and size. This is my go-to gun belt whether carrying IWB or OWB. Daily wear or practicing at the range. I tried the other cheaper version found online and it was not as stiff and the velcro was not as strong or abundant. The Blue Alpha belt allows for many adjustments and the simple loop-through connection makes it easy to shift the ‘buckle’ to one side if preferred. It’s also discrete and lightweight. My BA belt has formed to my shape like a good leather belt. I wonder if BA would consider making this belt in dark brown and navy blue. If you are the ‘crafting’ type the belts could be changed to further the discrete appearance. For example, the green belt could take on a Gucci look by adding a red ribbon. Bottom line: having this belt makes it easier for me to safely carry every day. Highly recommended.
