The Blue Alpha Enclosed Handcuff Pouch is a compact, enclosed cuff carrier for duty and battle belt setups, and it mounts on a vest too. A hook-and-loop cover keeps contents secure and discreet, with a tactile layout for quick access when you need them.
It’s built for more than cuffs. It also works for NARCAN, ZYN, or other small essentials. It’s designed to fully enclose small handcuffs. With large handcuffs, some of the hook-and-loop may show toward the bottom, but the cover still closes. More traditional ASP models fit if you cinch them down small.

Designed to fully enclose any small handcuffs. Large handcuffs may cause some velcro to show towards the bottom but will still close. More traditional ASP models will fit if you cinch them down small. Will hold NARCAN, ZYN or other essentials.

Will it fit my handcuffs?
It fits most chain or hinge-style handcuffs and is designed to fully enclose small handcuffs. With large handcuffs, some of the hook-and-loop may show toward the bottom, but the cover still closes. More traditional ASP models fit if you cinch them down small.
How does it mount: belt, vest, or MOLLE?
It’s MOLLE-compatible for belt or vest attachment. A hook-and-loop mount is included unless you add two coordinating MOLLE straps at purchase (a +$12 option on the product page).

What’s the difference between this and the Gen 2 Handcuff Case?
This pouch uses a hook-and-loop cover for enclosed, discreet carry. The Gen 2 Handcuff Case is a separate Blue Alpha cuff carrier with MOLLE or belt-mount options and a slot for your handcuff key. Choose based on how you want your cuffs held and accessed.
What’s the difference between this and the Double Enclosed Handcuff Pouch?
This is the single enclosed pouch. The Double is a double-width enclosed pouch with a removable divider. It holds two small handcuffs, or leg irons with the divider removed.
Do I need the optional MOLLE straps?
No. A hook-and-loop mount is included by default. Add coordinating MOLLE straps at purchase if you prefer that mounting style for your belt or vest.
What colors are available?

Not a quality product.
I used it to store car keys, they fit perfectly. I loved it. Then after about 3 weeks, the stitching holding the Velcro closure to the top flap started giving out. So now the Velcro patch and the top flap are almost completely separated.

Good Cuff Cases for Duty and Battle Belts. They are small and compact for what they are and blend well with nylon duty gear. They hold both my Peerless hinge cuffs and ASP cuffs. They stay on molle well.

Great cuff case! Fits every model you can think of (obviously not BUBBA cuffs) I have both open top and the enclosed, both are great and have their own advantages. Huge advantage of the enclosed is you can keep a pair or two on nitrile gloves in the dead space created by the circumference of the cuffs. I’m sure the glove holder blue alpha makes is great but I know for my skinny butt belt space is prime real estate, this kills two birds with one stone.

I’ve been using two of these on a daily basis for patrol and they work perfectly on the the ASP cuffs I carry. I use the chained version and the hinged version, both fit. I recommend getting the molle attachments with these separately as well.
