$158.97 – $172.97Price range: $158.97 through $172.97
The go-to 2″ Standard duty belt for law enforcement — a durable, lightweight Lite outer for long shifts, without MOLLE webbing on the belt face. Outer belt uses a Curve® polypropylene laminate core wrapped in Cordura and Squadron (Lite platform). Matching inner doubles as an EDC belt. Built so duty pouches and holster mounts stay put while the belt stays comfortable on the job.
Need MOLLE webbing on the same Lite platform? See the 2″ MOLLE Duty Belt Lite. Need an extra buckle or outer only? Additional Duty Belt Lite buckle · Outer-only Standard Duty Belt Lite.
Complete the belt with Enclosed Handcuff Pouch, Holster Mount, Pistol Magazine Pouch, or Belt Keepers. Prefer nylon-webbing non-Lite? See the 2″ Standard Duty Belt — LEO Rig. Departments: instant quotes at quote.bluealphabelts.com.
Duty Belts typically ship in 2-5 business days.
Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.
Who is the 2″ Standard Duty Belt Lite for?
Law enforcement and duty users who want a 2″ Lite outer without MOLLE webbing — classic duty setup with Tek-Lok-style and belt-mounted gear, plus a matching inner that can run as an EDC belt.
What’s included?
A 2″ Standard (non-MOLLE) outer belt plus an inner that also works as an EDC belt. Foam and adhesive hook are included to help secure Tek-Lok and similar equipment. Choose color (Black or Ranger Green), buckle (GT Cobra or Aluminum Cobra), and size (28–48) on this page.
What is the Curve® Lite core?
Lite belts use a Curve® polypropylene laminate core wrapped in Cordura and Squadron.
Standard Duty Belt Lite vs MOLLE Duty Belt Lite — which should I get?
Same Lite Curve® platform and dual-adjust outer. This page is the Standard (no MOLLE webbing) version. The 2″ MOLLE Duty Belt Lite adds MOLLE for weaving / mounting MOLLE-compatible duty gear. Pick Standard if you don’t need the webbing; pick MOLLE if you do.
How is this different from the 1.75″ Battle Belt Lite?
This is a 2″ duty Lite belt aimed at LE / uniform duty width (Standard face). The 1.75″ Battle Belt Lite is the battle / range / tactical Lite width. Same Lite family idea; different width and use case.
Lite vs non-Lite Standard duty (LEO rig) — what’s the difference?
Lite = Curve® laminate core wrapped in Cordura + Squadron. Non-Lite duty options in the catalog are nylon-webbing based (for example the 2″ Standard Duty Belt — LEO Rig). Choose Lite for the Curve® platform; choose non-Lite when you want a nylon-webbing LEO-rig configuration.
How do I size it?
Order by the pants size you wear — don’t size up for the outer; that’s already calculated in. Belts work about ±1 size (e.g. a 34 also fits 32 and 36). If you’re between sizes, take the larger. Use the size chart in the product photos.
Will Tek-Lok-style mounts stay put?
This system includes foam and adhesive hook to better secure Tek-Lok and similar equipment. For a machined aluminum QLS-oriented hanger on 1.75″ or 2″ belts, see the Holster Mount.
What about cuffs, mags, or keepers on this belt?
Common pairings already on this PDP / FBT: Enclosed Handcuff Pouch, Pistol Magazine Pouch, Belt Keepers.

Owned a lot of belts over the years. By far the best duty belt I’ve ever purchased. Won’t buy anything else. You will not be disappointed!

Super light and well made! Way better than the heavier other brands. If you’re still on the road, get one.

I just ordered this belt to replace the bigger bulker Bianchi belt I had. This belt is 100% lighter and more comfortable to wear. If your looking for a duty belt this one is worth the money. Also blue alphas customer service is top notch I noticed I ordered the wrong style belt. Reached out to them as soon as I noticed and was able to get my order fixed hassle free before it shipped out. Thanks! Will be coming back for more gear.

Just purchased this belt in early December. I’ve been wearing this belt now for just under a month but so far it’s the best duty belt I’ve ever worn. I was looking for something to replace my last duty belt (5.11 duty belt) simply because it was heavier material, the belt keepers had stretched out over time, and the Velcro on the belt wasn’t the best so naturally the belt sagged which in turn hurt my lower back. You hardly notice this belt is even there, yet it’s still very sturdy and can more than handle tons of gear. I wanted a belt that didn’t really require keepers, so I gave SafeLife a try, but their buckle and overall quality of belt wasn’t all that great, plus it was kind of hard to adjust the size, so I sent it back and tried this belt. The Velcro on the duty belt as well as inner belt is amazing, so much so I haven’t needed to purchase any belt keepers. Being able to just put my belt on and go has been a huge added bonus, fiddling with belt keepers can be quite annoying. This belt is far more expensive than most duty belts out there that I’ve seen, but as they say you get what you pay for. This belt is worth every penny.
