I use this while working in a prison. A lot of times one hand is tied up escorting an inmate and I need to operate my radio using one hand. Getting a radio in and out of this pouch one handed can be difficult. Works perfect if used with a PTT. Strap holds the radio very secure, will not come out while in a full sprint. All around great product.
