Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.

Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the component covered under warranty.

I own three of these for various applications, and my PD made this the standard uniform belt for patrol. I appreciate the size options offered and these belts fit better than others I’ve tried.
I’ve got holsters for my gun and taser, and pouches for mags, cuffs, TQ, portable radio, and gloves. Under that load the belt stays rigid. The hook-and-loop between the inner and outer belts has held up over several years of patrol use. I have not needed belt keepers.
I have never used the D-ring for climbing or rappelling but it works well with a sling when my rifle is on a tripod.
I would rather have MOLLE all the way to the buckle on both ends. I work around it by attaching the cuff case with a Blue Alpha belt adapter, and I can swap that adapter for a rifle mag pouch in a few seconds.
I previously used a 2” leather duty belt and I’ve tried several other Molle/cobra belts and the Blue Alpha ones have been my favorites.

This belt is made beautifully. It looks great, feels great to the touch, and does what it is supposed to do. However, as a police officer this belt just doesn’t work for me for a whole shift. I have had the 1.75 inch and the 2 inch. The 2 inch is hands and feet better for long patrol shifts in opinion. The thinner belt would pinch my lower back and would constantly sage. This is purely my experience I am sure others would say differently. Overall I love blue alpha and being a Georgia local I have always loved supporting the company. But this built is probably gonna stay on the flat range for me. It works great as load bearing belt for when I am doing military ranges however, holding a firearm on the belt causes a lot of discomfort.
I would wear the 2 inch again however, I think the 1.75 inch is gonna stay in the closet and I am gonna have to find a new belt company.

I work as an Officer on the Navajo Nation and have used this belt for 4-5 days a week, for 12-16 hour shifts. In this time I have seen little to no degradation of the belt, materials, or its structural integrity. This is my second of these belts in the new generation. I really appreciate the D ring on the inner belt as it makes it alot easier to put on and tighten than the original velcro only design. I’d highly recommend this belt for serious use.
