Low Profile Inner/EDC Belt

Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.

If you need a size smaller than 28 or larger than 48, select the option “Other Size Not Listed (Add Size to Order Notes)” in the drop down menu. It is very helpful to us if you give us a measurement in inches through your loops as well as your pants size in the order notes. Be sure to specify which number is which. Please allow a couple extra days for custom sizes to ship.

Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.

Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.

Is this stiff enough for appendix / IWB? Yes. Dual-layer 1.5″ nylon is meant to support a holstered firearm without a thick metal gun-belt buckle. Owners often call out appendix comfort and easy micro-adjust once the holster is on.

Will the buckle set off airport security? There’s no metal buckle hardware in this design, so it won’t trip a metal detector the way a metal buckle can. Agents may still ask questions — that’s normal; follow TSA and airline rules.

Low Profile vs Hybrid vs Inner/EDC?
Low Profile is the everyday IWB belt: dual 1.5″ nylon and a slim polymer buckle. Hybrid is still an EDC gun belt, but with a different buckle/build if you want that feel instead of the polymer buckle. Low Profile Inner/EDC is the battle/duty version — same low-profile idea, with a loop sewn around the full circumference so it locks to an outer battle or duty belt.

How do I size it? Pants size, about ±1 size (34 ≈ 32–36). Between sizes → size up. Under 28 or over 48 → “Other Size Not Listed” plus pants size and a through-the-loops measurement in order notes. Size chart is in the photos.

Appendix setup tips? Thread normally, then try the buckle slightly off midline so the stiff webbing backs the holster. Use the hook-and-loop to snug after the holster and mag are on — small tweaks matter more than cranking the belt down.

How long does the velcro last? It’s built for daily adjust. Keep lint out of the hook side if grip feels soft. Lifetime warranty covers craftsmanship and defects (not normal wear from years of use — still, reach out if something fails early).

Does it fit standard 1.5″ belt loops / IWB clips? Yes — it’s a 1.5″ belt. Holster clip fit still depends on your holster’s clip design; we don’t claim universal holster endorsements.
