EDC belts typically ship in 2-5 business days.
Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
If you need a size smaller than 28 or larger than 48, select the option “Other Size Not Listed (Add Size to Order Notes)” in the drop down menu. It is very helpful to us if you give us a measurement in inches through your loops as well as your pants size in the order notes. Be sure to specify which number is which. Please allow a couple extra days for custom sizes to ship.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.

Great belt! I’m always a little apprehensive buying clothes online. But follow the instructions on sizing, and you’ll be fine (measure your wrist in pants and use the chart). The quality of the belt is excellent, very rigid and the loop Velcro is securely sewn. It appears so sturdy that I am using it as a gun belt for a Glock g45 and two spare mags. Originally, it was going to be an under belt to secure a battle belt. Great belt, great price!

Best belt I’ve ever worn! Belt is firm and maintains its rigidness with added weight. I researched several other vendors prior to purchasing from Blue Alpha, however based on cost and pure function this was the overall best purchase. I bought this as a double duty belt – for EDC and as an inner belt for my Völund battle belt. It functions very well in both roles. It’s very sturdy and very adjustable. The sizing was spot on for me. I’m really surprised no one else has copied this design for inner belts. My old leather gun belt was getting pretty floppy after about nine or ten years, so this is a great replacement. I highly recommend it.
