Two layers of 1.5″ nylon webbing support a holster and mag the way a soft dress belt won’t, and the slim polymer buckle stays low-profile — less buckle print at appendix, and no big metal buckle to set off airport security the way a traditional gun belt can. Many owners run the buckle slightly off-center so the stiff webbing sits behind the holster instead of a thick buckle sitting on the appendix line.

Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
If you need a size smaller than 28 or larger than 48, select the option “Other Size Not Listed (Add Size to Order Notes)” in the drop down menu. It is very helpful to us if you give us a measured size through your loops as well as your pants size in the order notes. Be sure to specify which number is which. Please allow a couple extra days for custom sizes to ship.
EDC belts, including the Low Profile and Hybrid, have a lifetime warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.

Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the component covered under warranty.
Is this stiff enough for appendix / IWB? Yes. Dual-layer 1.5″ nylon is meant to support a holstered firearm without a thick metal gun-belt buckle. Owners often call out appendix comfort and easy micro-adjust once the holster is on.
Will the buckle set off airport security? There’s no metal buckle hardware in this design, so it won’t trip a metal detector the way a steel buckle can. Agents may still ask questions — that’s normal; follow TSA and airline rules.
Low Profile vs Hybrid vs Inner/EDC?
Low Profile is the everyday IWB belt: dual 1.5″ nylon and a slim polymer buckle. Hybrid is still an EDC gun belt, but with a different buckle/build if you want that feel instead of the polymer buckle. Low Profile Inner/EDC is the battle/duty version — same low-profile idea, with a loop sewn around the full circumference so it locks to an outer battle or duty belt.
How do I size it? Pants size, about ±1 size (34 ≈ 32–36). Between sizes → size up. Under 28 or over 48 → “Other Size Not Listed” plus pants size and a through-the-loops measurement in order notes. Size chart is in the photos.
My pants size and my actual waist don’t match. Which should I use? Most people should just order their pants size. If your pants run big or small, measure around your waist through your belt loops, subtract 4″, and order that size. For example, 40″ through the loops means a size 36. If you’re between sizes, go with the larger.
Appendix setup tips? Thread normally, then try the buckle slightly off midline so the stiff webbing backs the holster. Use the hook-and-loop to snug after the holster and mag are on — small tweaks matter more than cranking the belt down.
How long does the velcro last? It’s built for daily adjust. Keep lint out of the hook side if grip feels soft. Lifetime warranty covers craftsmanship and defects (not normal wear from years of use — still, reach out if something fails early).
Does it fit standard 1.5″ belt loops / IWB clips? Yes — it’s a 1.5″ belt. Holster clip fit still depends on your holster’s clip design; we don’t claim universal holster endorsements.

Well done Blue Alpha. You guys took keep it simple stupid and made a phenomenal product. I am not usually the one to type reviews or type reviews so quickly after purchasing a product. I have carried a pistol belt of some kind for many years professionally and I will say this belt is one of the best if not the best. Great balance between being rigid but not too over built so it’s over weight or too thick for norm pants belt loops. I do not carry anything leas than a Glock 19 with a spare mag and so having a good load bearing belt is important to meet. Right out of the package when I put this belt on I knew I have finally found my new EDC belt for a long time. You will not find another belt on the market at this price and receive this much value in the product. It’s just not out there. Keep up the good work Blue Alpha! Looking forward to your future products!

TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE/EXCHANGE POLICY
I ordered one of their EDC low profile belts in a size 34. I purchased this size based on the recommendation on the web site stating to order your actual pant size. I wear a 34 in 5.11, Lion work jeans and Levi jeans so I ordered the 34 belt. It fit great just as long as I am not carrying a firearm AIWB (Appendix carry w/ Tier1 AGIS). With the extra bulk of the holster and G19 it made it so that my belt would still connect its velcro but with maybe an inch of grab. I wasnt comfortable with having such a little amount of velcro holding up my rig so I visited the blue alpha web page to get contact info to see about an exchange. Right there on their site was an exchange form. I filled it out and 3 days later my new belt was shipped along with a return envelope with pre paid label to return the smaller belt. How much easier could this be! I put the old belt in the envelope and dropped it in my post office box and called it a day! The exchange process was a breeze and that alone gives me confidence in the company and their product. Today is the first day I am wearing the new belt but so far it feels great. It seems to be sturdy and well build and no sagging issue with a firearm attached. So far so good! Way to go Blue Alpha!

It has the right amount of stiffness yet remains comfortable. On top of this Blue Alpha has perfect customer service.
