Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
If you need a size smaller than 28 or larger than 48, select the option “Other Size Not Listed (Add Size to Order Notes)” in the drop down menu. It is very helpful to us if you give us a measured size through your loops as well as your pants size in the order notes. Be sure to specify which number is which. Please allow a couple extra days for custom sizes to ship.
EDC belts, including the Low Profile and Hybrid, have a lifetime warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.

Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the component covered under warranty.
Is this stiff enough for appendix / IWB? Yes. Dual-layer 1.5″ nylon is meant to support a holstered firearm without a thick metal gun-belt buckle. Owners often call out appendix comfort and easy micro-adjust once the holster is on.
Will the buckle set off airport security? There’s no metal buckle hardware in this design, so it won’t trip a metal detector the way a steel buckle can. Agents may still ask questions — that’s normal; follow TSA and airline rules.
Low Profile vs Hybrid vs Inner/EDC?
Low Profile is the everyday IWB belt: dual 1.5″ nylon and a slim polymer buckle. Hybrid is still an EDC gun belt, but with a different buckle/build if you want that feel instead of the polymer buckle. Low Profile Inner/EDC is the battle/duty version — same low-profile idea, with a loop sewn around the full circumference so it locks to an outer battle or duty belt.
How do I size it? Pants size, about ±1 size (34 ≈ 32–36). Between sizes → size up. Under 28 or over 48 → “Other Size Not Listed” plus pants size and a through-the-loops measurement in order notes. Size chart is in the photos.
My pants size and my actual waist don’t match. Which should I use? Most people should just order their pants size. If your pants run big or small, measure around your waist through your belt loops, subtract 4″, and order that size. For example, 40″ through the loops means a size 36. If you’re between sizes, go with the larger.
Appendix setup tips? Thread normally, then try the buckle slightly off midline so the stiff webbing backs the holster. Use the hook-and-loop to snug after the holster and mag are on — small tweaks matter more than cranking the belt down.
How long does the velcro last? It’s built for daily adjust. Keep lint out of the hook side if grip feels soft. Lifetime warranty covers craftsmanship and defects (not normal wear from years of use — still, reach out if something fails early).
Does it fit standard 1.5″ belt loops / IWB clips? Yes — it’s a 1.5″ belt. Holster clip fit still depends on your holster’s clip design; we don’t claim universal holster endorsements.

I have to say two things about Blue Alpha Gear. One, their customer service is top notch. In a day and age where customer service lacks and going above and beyond is rare, these guys prove it is still out there. When I needed to adjust my order, my call was taken after hours and while their employee was taking some personal time to herself. She helped me resolve my needed adjustment (which was simply as sizing concern). Please take consideration of their time of course and we all know not to abuse availability like this but what I’m saying is I haven’t had service like that in years. Second item, the low profile EDC belt I received is great. Great quality and stiff enough to support my CZ P10c with an extra mag at appendix. Great belt. I can compare this gun belt to an Aeres Gear Aegis and leather Alien Gear gun belt. All three are good but this one is the most sleek, adds the least bulk to your profile. It also isn’t quite as stiff which means it is more comfortable but it does offer slightly less support. This has become my daily belt unless I’m at a tucked shirt function.

Been wearing my belt for over a week now. Love the slim profile and how ridged it is. Holds my appendix holster with a Glock 19 and a spare magazine very well. I have no issues with the belt sagging. So far very satisfied. My only one concern would be how long the hook and loop will last after repeated putting on and taking off the belt.
