Hybrid EDC Belt – $78.97
Belt Lanyard – Starting at $15.97
Blue Alpha Vinyl Decals – $6.97
Built for everyday IWB and appendix carry when you want a stiff belt that still disappears under a shirt. Two layers of 1.5″ nylon webbing support a holster and mag the way a soft dress belt won’t, and the slim polymer buckle stays low-profile — less buckle print at appendix, and no big metal buckle to set off airport security the way a traditional gun belt can. (TSA can still inspect or ask; follow their rules for what you carry.)
Many owners run the buckle slightly off-center so the stiff webbing sits behind the holster instead of a thick buckle sitting on the appendix line.
Order by pants size.
Want more structure or a different buckle feel? Compare the Hybrid EDC Belt. The same low-profile idea also shows up as the inner belt on our Battle Belt Lite.
EDC Belts typically ship in 2-5 Business Days.
Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
If you need a size smaller than 28 or larger than 48, select the option “Other Size Not Listed (Add Size to Order Notes)” in the drop down menu. It is very helpful to us if you give us a measured size through your loops as well as your pants size in the order notes. Be sure to specify which number is which. Please allow a couple extra days for custom sizes to ship.
EDC belts, including the Low Profile and Hybrid, have a lifetime warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the component covered under warranty.
Is this stiff enough for appendix / IWB? Yes. Dual-layer 1.5″ nylon is meant to support a holstered firearm without a thick metal gun-belt buckle. Owners often call out appendix comfort and easy micro-adjust once the holster is on.
Will the buckle set off airport security? There’s no metal buckle hardware in this design, so it won’t trip a metal detector the way a steel buckle can. Agents may still ask questions — that’s normal; follow TSA and airline rules.
Low Profile vs Hybrid vs Inner/EDC?
Low Profile is the everyday IWB belt: dual 1.5″ nylon and a slim polymer buckle. Hybrid is still an EDC gun belt, but with a different buckle/build if you want that feel instead of the polymer buckle. Low Profile Inner/EDC is the battle/duty version — same low-profile idea, with a loop sewn around the full circumference so it locks to an outer battle or duty belt.
How do I size it? Pants size, about ±1 size (34 ≈ 32–36). Between sizes → size up. Under 28 or over 48 → “Other Size Not Listed” plus pants size and a through-the-loops measurement in order notes. Size chart is in the photos.
My pants size and my actual waist don’t match. Which should I use? Most people should just order their pants size. If your pants run big or small, measure around your waist through your belt loops, subtract 4″, and order that size. For example, 40″ through the loops means a size 36. If you’re between sizes, go with the larger.
Appendix setup tips? Thread normally, then try the buckle slightly off midline so the stiff webbing backs the holster. Use the hook-and-loop to snug after the holster and mag are on — small tweaks matter more than cranking the belt down.
How long does the velcro last? It’s built for daily adjust. Keep lint out of the hook side if grip feels soft. Lifetime warranty covers craftsmanship and defects (not normal wear from years of use — still, reach out if something fails early).
Does it fit standard 1.5″ belt loops / IWB clips? Yes — it’s a 1.5″ belt. Holster clip fit still depends on your holster’s clip design; we don’t claim universal holster endorsements.

Easy on and off! Holding my G43x nicely. Buckle fits through jean loops too, so great options on where to place buckle.

Great to hear! Thanks Johnny!

I run an AIWB Tier 1 with side car for an M&P 2.0 metal 3.6”. 5’6” 160lbs. Waist is 31” but wear 32” pants size and medium shirts.
I had run a number of different edc belts,
Next Belt, Kore Essentials, Tenicor Zero Belt, Hunter Constantine, Amazon $13 special…
With what I ran, my ccw would print on the Kore. The thickness of the belt caused the grip of my ccw to spill forward. The Next Belt was ok but the plastic inside the belt broke down and cracked over a year of use. Tenicor was ok but it was hard to cinch down when needed with the ccw. Hunter Constantine, same issue if not more biting into the hips/bone. Amazon $13 was good in terms of how flat the belt felt against the body with the ccw, but the buckle had given out from the clasp of the nylon 3x.
This belt seems to have fixed a lot of the aforementioned issues, and especially for the price point. I ordered a second one as soon as the first one came in.
Would recommend and order again for sure.

Had 2 belts already but needed another. Never disipointed

Thanks for buying 3! But we think 4 is the magic number 😉

At this point I have probably bought a couple of dozen of these belts. Bought the first ones on Amazon, bought them for the wife, the kids, and now even some of the grandkids are wearing them. In my opinion, if you appreciate a practical, simple, and durable belt then this is the best belt you can buy.

Thank you John for being a repeat customer!

I love the Belt 10 out of 10 would recommend purchasing one. The only caveat to that is I wish they made it in an inch and three-quarter size.

Thanks James! Currently we only offer 1.5″ EDC Belts because they’re compatible with all belt loops and a 1.75″ belt will only work with certain pants but not all.
