EDC Belts typically ship in 2-5 Business Days.
Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
If you need a size smaller than 28 or larger than 48, select the option “Other Size Not Listed (Add Size to Order Notes)” in the drop down menu. It is very helpful to us if you give us a measured size through your loops as well as your pants size in the order notes. Be sure to specify which number is which. Please allow a couple extra days for custom sizes to ship.
EDC belts, including the Low Profile and Hybrid, have a lifetime warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the component covered under warranty.

I never leave reviews on anything I buy, even things that I’ve come to love. But this one is different. I bought this belt 4 years ago when I started my EMS job. My issued belt was flimsy and just bad all around. It was the typical cheap “tactical” belt. So I started looking around for a better one. Then I found Blue Alpha and I’m glad I did, bonus points for being based in Georgia too! After 4 years of abusing this belt, it has held up amazingly. It’s my duty belt as well as my EDC/Range belt just because the quality is so damn good! The hook and loop has held up, which is honestly surprising to me. I assumed that would be the first thing to go, but so far so good! The buckles are still great, although they’ve taken quite the beating over the last 4 years, they still hold up fantastic. The stitching on the belt has held up as well. This belt is truly bulletproof, in my opinion. Only reason I’m back to write this review is because I came back to buy another belt. I’m not throwing my other belt out, it’ll still be my duty belt until that thing finally dies, if it can. I’m just now finally getting around to buying a dedicated EDC/Range belt because these belts are amazing. Serious, as long as Blue Alpha is in business, and I don’t see that changing any time soon, I will be solely buying their belts for duty and EDC use, hands down. Whenever I hear someone complaining about their duty or EDC belt, or just looking for a good belt, I ALWAYS recommend them to Blue Alpha. Keep up the great work!

Second time I’ve ordered from blue alpha. First belt I got was too large. Return process was quick and easy. Second belt fits perfect. If you wear multiple pants sizes depending on brand, use the smallest brand for your measurement. Initially got a 40 and couldn’t pull it down tight enough to get a good fit. Got the 38 and it fits perfect. Belt is stiff enough I can hold it in my fist and it stays out straight. Been wearing it a week and it keeps my pants up, even when doing strenuous physical work in a factory.
