EDC Belts typically ship in 2-5 Business Days.
Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
If you need a size smaller than 28 or larger than 48, select the option “Other Size Not Listed (Add Size to Order Notes)” in the drop down menu. It is very helpful to us if you give us a measured size through your loops as well as your pants size in the order notes. Be sure to specify which number is which. Please allow a couple extra days for custom sizes to ship.
EDC belts, including the Low Profile and Hybrid, have a lifetime warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. Please provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the component covered under warranty.

Great belt! Zero Issues. Fits and wears great! Looks awesome as well. Functions perfectly, and I LOVE the smaller female side that allows me to slip it through my belt loops without undoing the Velcro! Great idea to who ever thought of this. The quality is as good as it gets, and made in the USA. Best belt I have seen, and hands down the best belt I have ever owned. Customer service and warranty are absolutely top notch. As long as nothing changes on their side(except I am sure they will always be looking to where they can improve things, though that is gonna be a tough job), then I will be a customer for life.
