Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Due to manufacturing restraints we are unable to offer sizes outside the range of 28-48.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. All you need to do is provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.
Can I get a different color for my inner and outer belt?
Yes — just add your preferred inner belt color to your order notes when you check out, and we’ll build it that way.
How long does it take to receive my belt?
Your Battle Belt Lite is made to order and typically ships in 7-10 days.
What’s the weight difference between the Battle Belt Lite and the original Battle Belt?
The outer belt is 40% lighter than the original Battle Belt while keeping the same rigid Tegris® core support.
Is the Battle Belt Lite suitable for duty use, or just competition?
Both. Owners run this belt in USPSA, IDPA, and PCSL competition, as a duty belt, on SWAT and tactical teams, and as daily EDC. The rigid Tegris core holds duty gear securely while staying 40% lighter than a traditional battle belt.

This is a great belt. I use it for competition. Keep in mind when ordering accessories, that it is a 1.75 not a 1.5

I have bought and gifted or having my position about a dozen belts from this company. Over the years the quality have come down while the prices have climbed.

A quality product produced by a quality company.
1. Website – really easy to understand which allowed me to size myself properly so that upon receipt or my order the inner belt and outer fitted really easily.
2. Assembly – By using the videos on the website even a person like me with two left hands was able to build out the belt in a timely manner. Those videos are really helpful.
3. Function – It took a few trips to the range to get everything dialed in exactly as I wanted. Once that was completed I can honestly state that I have zero concerns /worries with the functionality of my bely system.
4. Wear and Tear – I have not had the belt long enough to make a definitive decision with regard to how it stands up to regular use. Maybe I should look at that in eighteen months or so. To date however no concerns.
5. Overall – Quality company producing quality equipment. I would definitely purchase again.

Bought this for duty use for SWAT stuff and it doubles as a general training and competition belt as well. I’ve had it for a little less than a year and have no issues with durability at all.
The stiffness vs flexibility ratio is great. It’s not a stiff hoola hoop like some belts I’ve had, but the vertical rigidity is plenty for the mags, handcuff, med pouch and holster I keep on it. Great balance of lightweight, comfort, and stiffness/support.
The other great standout feature is the lightweight polymer cobra buckle. Plenty strong enough and smooth and quick, easy to use. Doesn’t weigh the belt down like some of the overly bulky metal buckles. Also, when letting the rifle hang on a sling, the buckle doesn’t clink on the receiver and doesn’t scratch up the rifle, which is nice.
The inner belt is a nice upgrade compared to others on the market.
Highly recommend, probably the best product of its kind currently on the market.

Extremely lite weight and comfortable for all day use. Fits true to size and the inner belt is a plus can be worn with or without and not scarifying comfort. Highly recommend
