Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Due to manufacturing restraints we are unable to offer sizes outside the range of 28-48.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. All you need to do is provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.

I wish I would have bought this belt first and not wasted money on crappy Amazon belts. I had a Kore but it didn’t work great for me. This belt is so comfortable that it makes wearing gear a lot more comfortable for longer periods. I wear suspenders and having the adjustability on both sides of the belt made it so I could attach my molle D rings to them. No more time having to use keepers. The wolf grey is also so cool and matches my duty uniform. The sizing is accurate also.

My first battle belt i got for work as a security guard working for a prison. I was issued a blackhawk belt that was heavy and cheap. I got this belt and its lighter and better. Works for what do and its great.

I’m not operator or anything like that. I’m just a dude who pig and coyote hunts, and wants a solid platform to secure my side piece.
The quality is top notch thus far. I’ve worn it on two hunts as of now and I like the feel of the belt.
I would highly recommend upgrading to the metal buckle from the jump. I ended up ordering one after.

Just a regular dude who dry fires more than he shoots. Shot off the belt twice now. And thrown it on to stim reloads and draws from a holster.
Greta build quality. Lite and very sturdy. This belt fucks. Look forward to stressing it.

I bought this belt in December of 2023 for LE use. Multiple times a day I transition from covert to operational and back. The belt still shows low wear. I love its light weight and slick profile. I was concerned about the thinness of the molle material at purchase, but it seemed to hold up ok.
Today, May 20, 2025, After a year and a half of regular use, my holster got caught on something while exiting a car during vehicle cqb training. Merely turning my hips to prepare to run completely broke both the top and bottom portion of one molle section. It looks like they snapped, not tore. I was using a true north concepts holster mount. Luckily that mount uses two sections of molle so the holster didn’t completely fall off. While not totally catastrophic, it did make the holster much easier to catch on other things and it flopped around while running. The break happened at the bar tacks separating the molle sections.
This appears to be a material failure. The mount is aluminum with no sharp edges and the belt material primarily made contact with the rubber spacer set between the pieces of the mount. The lower section and adjacent section don’t show any wear that would cause tearing. Neither shows signs of wear that might cause the same failure.
I think similar stresses could easily be put on these same parts of the belt while doing anything prone or in close quarters. And of course this made me concerned for the entirety of the belt.
While I really liked the features of this belt, I can’t recommend this particular model for duty use after this sort of failure during training. I have photos of the failed molle section and intact section if Blue Alpha wants them for feedback.
