Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Due to manufacturing restraints we are unable to offer sizes outside the range of 28-48.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. All you need to do is provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.

Replaced the old battle belt with this. The laser cut molle is much easier to mess with for attachments. Same if not better rigidity with a lighter and slimmer body/frame. Feels Gucci but without the Gucci price. Highly recommend 🤙🏼

I just received my copy this afternoon. I decided when I saw this offering to switch from a competitor’s product. The rigid inner and outer belts combine nicely via hook and loop nicely to provide a very stable and easily adjustable, thin, and weight bearing platform that once adjusted just isn’t going anywhere. I am a Corrections Officer on the CERT team working 12 hour shifts in my facility and have to carry a LOT of gear as part of my uniform. 2 sets of S&W Model 100’s, a 1lb OC fogger, Glock 21 holster, double pistol mag pouch, rounds tracker holder, trauma kit, and two key rings. My vest has taken a lot of the load off my belt already (flashlight, radio, and tourniquet). I use to wear the 2” LEO Standard Duty belt, and decided to switch to this belt in hopes that I’d feel a noticeable difference with the 1 and 3/4 inch height, and the massive reduction in weight. I can confidently say that this is the best belt I have come across. Very easy to adjust, and the polymer buckle couldn’t be broken with my bare hands, no matter how hard I twisted the female and male ends while they were locked. Leaning to the left and right, I no longer have the 2” webbing pinching my sides. Now, with how much gear I wear on my black belt, it was a little hard to notice the weight savings, though it is definitely there. However, my ranger green range belt with two pistol pouches, a rifle pouch, micro trauma kit, and level 3 holster feels much lighter than my 3 year old Battle Belt original. Buy this belt. If you have the inner’s already lying around, you can buy the outer by itself.
