Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Due to manufacturing restraints we are unable to offer sizes outside the range of 28-48.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
Warranty requests can be sent to Info@BlueAlpha.us or you can call us at (678) 961-3304. All you need to do is provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original belt, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.

This belt is truly amazing! Made to fit by professional for professional! It’s a very thought out design beginning with the inner belt. Most companies ship out tactical type belts with a standard over lapping belt which is less to be desired and leaves a hot spot on your waist. This inner belt has a tensioner that allows you to that sweet spot, and isn’t bulky!
The tac belt is amazing, light weight, robust! This belt has not failed me yet in LE, the laser molle design allows for a secure fit that is “low drag” so you’re not snagging like traditional style molle in a more confined space! The belt feels like nothing, wearing it all day with a full kit, it did not apply unnecessarily pressure to my hips, nor cause my legs to go numb.
I suggested this belt many times over to friends and coworkers, and those who have also purchased them continue to love it! For the price I can’t see myself going with any other belt!

I bought the battle belt lite, and the tourniquet and holder! The quality is top notch and the materials are amazing! I’m a size 29 to 30 waist and the size 30 fit perfectly with extra wiggle room to spare just in case I actually gain weight, which probably won’t happen considering I’ve weighed the same since high school! Turn around was decent, but they said they make the belts to order, and it’s definitely worth the wait! It took about 2 weeks to get my belt!
