All you need to do is provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive your original item, we will either send you a replacement or repair the item covered under warranty.

• Who is the Rifle Magazine Pouch for?
  Shooters and duty users who want an AR-15 rifle mag pouch with Mega Grip foam retention on a battle or duty belt — without moving to a horizontal front-of-belt pouch or a .308-sized pouch.
• What magazines does it fit?
  Compatible with AR-15 magazines (per sizing notes on this page). For AR-10 / SR-25–type .308 mags, use the .308 Rifle Magazine Pouch instead.
• How does retention work?
  A Mega Grip foam pad is built for consistent retention. You can also add optional shock cord retention (+$3) at purchase for enhanced security.
• How does it mount — hook-and-loop or MOLLE?
  A hook-and-loop fastener is included for attachment. Prefer MOLLE? Add two coordinating MOLLE straps (+$12) at purchase. Coordinating straps are also sold separately as the Blue Alpha Molle Strap / MOLLE attachment strap.
• Rifle Mag Pouch vs Horizontal Rifle Magazine Pouch — which should I get?
  This page is the standard (vertical) AR-15 rifle mag pouch. The Horizontal Rifle Magazine Pouch is for tight spaces, seated/dynamic positions, and front-of-belt placement without digging in. Same Mega Grip foam + optional shock cord family — pick by orientation and belt real estate.
• Rifle Mag Pouch vs .308 Rifle Magazine Pouch — which should I get?
  This pouch is sized for AR-15 magazines. The .308 Rifle Magazine Pouch is the .308 / AR-10–style sibling (AR-10 and SR-25 type mags per that page). Same attachment options family — pick by magazine platform.
• What about pistol magazines?
  Use the Pistol Magazine Pouch for double-stack pistol mags (foam retention + optional shock cord; optional single MOLLE strap and angled adapter on that page).
• What colors and add-ons are available?

• Can I run it with a Dump Pouch?
