Your Duty Belt is made to order. Typically ships in 7-10 days.
Duty Belt Lite: Order your belt based on the pants size you wear. There is no need to order a larger size for an outer belt; it has been calculated in. Our belts are designed to work +/- one size. For example, a 34 belt will also fit 32 and 36. If you feel like you are in between two sizes or can’t decide which of two sizes to choose, we recommend the larger size. There is a size chart in the photos.
Pistol Magazine Pouch: Compatible with double stack pistol magazines.
Handcuff Strap: Built for use on 2″ Duty Belts but can also work with 1.75″ Battle Belts.
Keepers: Designed for 2″ duty belt systems. Functions with 1.75″ belt systems.
Battle and Duty Belt systems, including both inner and outer belts, have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.
All Blue Alpha accessories have a one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.

All you need to do is provide us with your name (or name used to make the purchase) and details of the issue (photos/videos are very helpful). Once we receive the original apparel item, we will send a replacement.
