1. Who is the CCW Fanny Pack for?
Everyday carriers who want a low-profile off-body CCW option — dual zippers, an included holster attachment, and chest or waist wear — without moving to an IWB belt setup for every outing.
2. What pistols does it fit?
Designed for subcompact and smaller pistols such as: Glock G43, G43x, G26, G48 (without weapon light), Sig P365, P365XL, S&W Shield (per sizing notes on this page). Larger pistols are outside this page’s sizing guidance.
3. Chest or waist — how do I wear it?
It’s designed to be worn on chest or waist. Adjust the strap for a secure fit (pants size range 28–48).
4. How does the holster attachment work?
The pack includes a holster attachment for easy clipping. Attach holsters as low as possible in the Fanny Pack (per sizing notes) for the intended draw path.
5. What’s the difference vs carrying on an EDC belt?
This page is off-body fanny-pack CCW (chest/waist pack + internal holster attachment). Prefer on-body IWB / gun-belt carry? See the Low Profile EDC Belt (slim polymer buckle) or Hybrid EDC Belt (Hybrid COBRA® through-loops).
6. Do I need a spare holster insert?
One holster attachment is included. Need another? Order the additional Fanny Pack hook-and-loop holster attachment (sold separately).
7. What colors are available?
Black, Gray, Multi, Lilac.
8. How do I size the strap?
It adjusts from pants size 28 to size 48 (per sizing notes).
9. Can I use this with a Holster Mount or battle belt?
The Fanny Pack is a standalone chest/waist CCW pack. For mounting a holster on a battle or duty belt, see the Holster Mount instead.
10. What’s the warranty?
Blue Alpha accessories carry a one-year warranty on craftsmanship and defects. Submit a request at the Blue Alpha warranty form (photos required); you’ll get email next steps within two business days.
11. How fast does it ship?

The fanny pack is build well and the adjustable velcro inside is repositionable which is preferred. The fanny back is to small for my gun and isn’t able to be removed easily. I would also prefer there be a bit more room to carry a phone and some keys while out and about and due to the small space inside with my gun in place, there is no room for anything else.

Thanks for the feedback Heather! We intentionally designed our fanny pack to be as small as possible so it would draw less attention and fit underneath longer shirts/hoodies. It’s possible we make a larger one in the future though.

I’ve used this system on and off for a year now. I really like the versatility of wearing a concealed pistol off body as Appendix carry for me is really uncomfortable if I am bending down a lot – like for example I love this system when I am doing yard work. Digs into me less. I will say though that the internal compartment is super cramped and you would be lucky to get a Glock 19 in here. I think it’s really meant for snub nosed revolvers or Subcompact handguns only. My CZ P10-S barely fits.
Also I am slender 5’6″ Asian man and even on the tightest setting, the straps are a little too long for me and the system hangs a bit loose on my gut.
I think with some iterative improvement Blue Alpha would have a real winner here. New solid colors like FDE or Green would also make sense for outdoor wear.

Thanks for the feedback!
